I realize thst these products were not packaged by Gulf Coast Aviation, but the package set of Alpha, Bravo and Charlie flight controls was not properly packed and I received two flight controls and no throttle quadrant. Then had to wait for that to be rectified. Just need to have the shipping company do a bit better job of QC. But overall, good experience with customer service trying to get it rectified.
